We provide FREE shipping within the continental United States (lower 48 states).

FREE forklift unloading is included when required, subject to access and carrier availability.

  • Delivery scheduling depends on destination, accessibility, and freight carrier coordination.

  • EPA certification and required documentation are included where applicable.

🏗️ Freight Delivery & Site Access

Heavy equipment is delivered via professional freight carriers.

Please ensure:

  • Your delivery location is accessible to large freight trucks.

  • There is adequate space for unloading.

If direct delivery is not possible due to access limitations, your shipment may be delivered to the nearest freight terminal for pickup.

We include FREE forklift service when required, based on delivery conditions and carrier availability.

If on-site forklift unloading is not feasible, our team will coordinate alternative arrangements to ensure safe delivery.


📦 Tracking, Inspection & Claims

  • Tracking information will be provided when available.
    (Note: Some freight shipments may not include real-time online tracking.)

  • Please inspect your shipment carefully upon delivery.

  • Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photos and/or videos may be required to process claims.
