Our customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the size, weight, and specialized nature of heavy construction equipment, the following policy applies to all purchases.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase at no cost.
After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing or shipping stages, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
If a cancellation is approved after processing has begun, a cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative and handling costs.
Returns
Because of the heavy-duty and specialized nature of our equipment:
All sales are final once the item has shipped, unless it arrives damaged or defective.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect product selection.
Please review all product specifications carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your equipment arrives damaged or defective:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Photo and/or video evidence of the damage, packaging, and serial number is required.
Do not discard packaging materials until the claim is reviewed.
After verification, we will provide one of the following solutions, depending on the situation:
Replacement parts
Repair assistance
Partial refund
Full refund (if repair or replacement is not feasible)
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is confirmed as damage or defect.
Refused Deliveries
Refused deliveries without prior authorization will be treated as returns.
Return freight costs, restocking fees, and any associated charges will be deducted from the refund.
